Jenny McGraw Family

Our beautiful Jenny is gone, but she will never be forgotten.
She had a passion for life that included family, friends, music, and her community. Her calling was teaching and she has left a legacy with all the students she taught all over the country including most recently at Waverly Community Schools.
She received her undergraduate from Vanderbilt University and received two masters' degrees from Michigan State University.
She loved spending time with family, educating, traveling and sharing her love for music with anyone she could.
All that knew her would agree she would light up the room and make it a better place with that beautiful smile and laugh.
She was a loving daughter, sister, wife, friend, teacher but most importantly she was a loving mother to her children Becca and David. If you have ever talked to her about either of them you saw that extra sparkle in her eyes. They were the rock in her life and vice versa.
Becca is just now graduating from Waverly High School and will be heading off to college in the fall, following her passion for music.
David just finished his freshmen year of high school and also has a passion for music; he is a drummer and enjoys producing / mixing music and electronics engineering.
Last year she married her husband Eldon McGraw. They spent this last year inseparable, traveling all over the state of Michigan riding their bikes, hiking the many sand dunes across the state, or just spending quality time together. They traveled to Alabama 3 times in that year to see family. She was welcomed into the McGraw family immediately, spending birthdays and holidays together, making fun of the sideways half hug, calling it the "McGraw hug", and much more. If you ever saw Jenny and Eldon together or talked to either of them, you just felt their love for each other and for their life together.
Jenny was taken from us all too early but her presence will continue on in so many people.
In lieu of flowers we ask if you are able to please make a donation to this GoFundMe to help the family through this tough time and the unknown to come.
