Medical Fund for Jennifer Santoro

For several years my daughter Jennifer has been living with the effects of Hashimoto's Disease, numerous painful thyroid biopsies, rheumatoid arthritis, and fibromyalgia.  Over the last few years, she has had several benign tumors removed. Though she is in constant pain she still goes to work waiting tables to help provide for her family. She never complains about how she feels and simply says, "It is what it is and there are many who have it worse".  Recently Jenn was diagnosed with thyroid cancer.  She had the thyroid and several lymph nodes removed but still needs radiation treatment. The time out of work for surgery has caused a financial blow she and her family could not afford and she will again be out of work for an undetermined amount of time during radiation treatment.  Adding insult to injury, there are medical expenses not covered by insurance causing an additional financial burden to her and her family. The funds received will help Jenn and her family to continue paying for housing, utilities, and food while she is out of work and hopefully help pay the mounting out of pocket medical expenses not covered by insurance. Your help and donations, no matter how small will allow Jenn to concentrate on healing instead of stressing about how to keep the lights on. 
 For those of you who know Jenn, you know how freely she gives her time, her money and she is always there at the drop of a hat. No matter how busy she is, how lousy she feels or how broke she will never tell you no if you need a sitter to go to work, run a baby shower, pick your kid up when you are in a pinch and answer the phone in the middle of the night when you need someone to vent to.  Now she needs you...not just for donations but as her friends and family.  She will never ask for help but just reaching out to let her know you are there would mean the world to her.
