<div>Recently, my sister, Jennifer, has been going through a really tough medical journey. What started as migraines years ago has recently turned into very unexpected, very intense seizures that have landed her unconscious and in the hospital twice in the last two months.

<div>My sister was in the process of changing careers to better herself and provide more for her family when this started happening. The Friday before she was supposed to start her new job in a new field, her driver's license was suspended for six months due to seizure activity. This has landed her unemployed with no way to get around to get even the most basic needs like food for her family.

<div>She has applied for all of the state benefits, but that only goes so far when you're paying for rent, utilities, food, school supplies, clothing, etc., as a single mom of four children.

<div>My sister is someone that will never ask for help, yet she is the first one to give when hearing that someone else is in need. She has agreed to me starting this GoFundMe page in order to keep a roof over her children's heads.

<div><strong>I put the overall goal as $6000 as this is what we estimate the month of September and October to cost her including all of the aforementioned items. KJ is starting public school this year so she will now have 4 school-aged children with needs for supplies in the next few weeks. </strong>
