Kidney Transplant Fund!

My name is Jeffrey Sirilla and I am on dialysis. I was born with only one working kidney  at 30%. I was life flighted and almost didn't make it as a baby. Then in High School my functioning kidney failed completely resulting in dialysis treatments. I was on dialysis for 3 1/2 years when I got the news I had been accepted for a transplant! I received a transplant and life was great! Then 6 years later I started to feel sick again and went to the hospital. I found out that my body had started rejecting the new kidney and was failing. The doctors said sometimes this happens. I am now on dialysis again, as of October 2012, where I have treatments three times a week for four hours. These treatments clean my blood, so I can stay alive. It has been difficult getting on the list a second time but after 4 years I have been listed in California. We're still waiting on that "magical call." Having a transplant is very expensive, plus all of the medical expenses both directly and indirectly related to kidney failure.  There's the monthly insurance premiums, dialysis treatments, doctors visits, specialists visits, hospitalizations, medication etc. This condition has also caused my wife and me to seek alternative treatments (in vitro) to start a family of our own. This too is an expensive medical expense and not covered by insurance. My goal is to raise enough money to help pay for all of my medical expenses and to help recuperate the income lost while I'm healing from the surgery. (I will have to go approximately three months without work) If I have this transplant then I will be healthy enough to watch my future kids grow up and to be able to play with them like every parent should. If anyone out there would like to help save a life I would be forever grateful!
