My son was diagnosed with cancer in November 2017. It's a very rare sarcoma and only about one out of every million people ever get this type of cancer. He had his first surgery on November 3rd to remove the cancerous mass but unfortunately it is not all gone and he is schedule for two back to back surgeries at the end of this month (January); which he will be recovering from through mid to late February. His birthday is in March and he has expressed his desire to go see a Broadway play in New York. Anyone that knows my sweet boy knows music is his life and he has been working on his own musical since October. He told his father and me that a trip to New York to see a Broadway show would be his dream come true.
It breaks our heart that we can't do this for him ourselves. But, unfortunately, the cost of traveling to New York and getting Broadway tickets is more than we are able to afford at this time. So we are soliciting the help of anyone willing to make my baby's birthday wish come true.
He has been unbelievably resilient and courageous during this whole ordeal. His positive attitude and light has touch everyone he has come in contact with at the Children's Hospital Oncology Department and he is yet bringing joy and encouragement to those who he comes in contact with. We trust God and know that his healing is already here in Jesus name but if you find it in your heart to help us brighten this brave little one's life with a trip of a lifetime that would be amazing. Forever grateful for any help we receive <3
