"Beat The Deadbeat!"

My son is a beautiful, incredible boy who has Autism, and we need YOUR help to fight for what he is entitled to! 

My son's father had very little interest in him when he found out that he had special needs, which led to our divorce.  Due to a wording error in our decree, our case was rejected by the Attorney General.  This father currently owes over $8000 in support to his son, because he knew that we couldn't afford an attorney to fight him.

He has even stopped paying his half of my son's therapy and special needs child care. He says that it is no longer convenient for him to support our son, now that he has another child.... but that doesn't stop him from bragging about buying a new BMW and a new Ranch. 

My son does not become less important, nor do his needs cease to exist, just because it is no longer convenient.

This fundraiser is to help pay for legal fees, so I can fight for my child once and for all - IN COURT.  Attorneys have already been hired, motions have been filed, and the transfer hearing is about to be set, however we have a long way to go before this is over, and the attorneys have to be paid.  I am a working mother, but right now every cent I make is going toward living expenses, therapy, and child care.
