WHO IT IS FOR
James Gonzalez
has been steadily creating opportunities, solving what some might call problems, his whole life. As a master carpenter and a fix it right and right now mechanic, just being Gonzo and using his particular set of skills, Jimmy always leaves us wanting for more. As it should be. Although a single parent, Gonzo has raised Melody so well, giving her a head-start, that he is being drafted to the majors decades ahead of schedule.Melody has been planning to go to USC since preschool. Even though there is no way, James never doubted his faith for a moment and just knew there would be a way.
The more immediate need, is just for the basics for a family with a bread winner who isn't able to work.
ON-GOING NEED
Melody will also be a new addition to our family, if James ever loses his ability to care for her. She's in 8th Grade now, and will be doing 4 years of high school next.
A teenage girl, Melody will need what? Clothes, hair n make-up, school supplies...I don't know what all. Any way, a little help bearing these expenses will be appreciated all along the way.
WHAT AND WHEN IT IS USED
Daily expenses of being alive
are hard to come. James has slowed down some.
.James n Melody have been blessed with living expenses every Day together since the Dr. said "stage four". Now, though, having out-lived his medical account savings, all donated help is for every-day crap...food, girls' needs, cigs, T.P., all that friggin'
stuff we just get and use all the time.
WHAT THE NEED IS
Getting James n Melody's Vehicle running and in good repair takes time and money.
Currently it is being used in a comedy they are filming nearby. It was coveted so much by the local Transimission guys, that a new episode of this live show is being filmed in their shop with them as natural born actors, daily as of this writing. Basically William tells a new string of lies about the progress being made on the repairs to the transmission and how soon , now, it would be ready. James bought the transmission from him and James put it in and now the guy has to fix it cause it only has 1st and reverse. He warranteed the transmission at the time of purchase.
James stated earlier today that he Damned well...( This part is para-phrased and edited ) well would be riding with the Wagener crew tonight during the shooting. He has not yet heard that the vehicle won't be ready tonight.
Nor is James aware that William said he won't charge for parts, just put n pull labor. James got a warranty from him that if it didn't work, "just bring it back and I'll fix it". James is not trying to pay the man for warranty work.
During assembly a gear driven pump went in not lined up and the gear is damaged. A brief time ago,William was delighted to tell us to pick it up at five tonight. And then he calls during this writing...It sounds like he wants us to stop calling and that's a good sign.
No word yet on when the Comedy is meant to air. Talk has been heard of movie rights.
03NOV17---UPDATE ON THE TRANSMISSION.
They are going to call any minute now to tell us to come pick up the vehicle. Wahooo!

A local venue, where James n Melody are known and loved by many, many folks, friends, and others, is hosting an event with Competitions, Games n Prizes to be remembered for decades and centuries to come,
