Jake's Next Journey
Jake's journey to lungs was a success. He had an amazing 6 months breathing "easy" with his new lungs. Unfortunately, Jake's battle with Cystic Fibrosis ended on January 27, 2015. His family would like to honor Jake and send him on his next journey with a celebration of life, honoring him and remembering all the amazing things he has done. We are asking for monetary gifts to help Jake's family with these expenses. Anything helps.
