Memorial Services for Jacob

Jacob was 16 years old when he was diagnosed with Osteosarcoma, a cancer of the bone. He went through many rounds of chemotherapy and plenty of surgeries including on his knee, lungs, and spine.  He fought a hard fight for 6 long years, until God put an end to his suffering.  September 24th 2017, surrounded by his family he passed from this dreaded disease. He would have been 22 this coming November 13th.  Jacob was happiest when he was with his family and friends. He especially loved and adored his niece and nephews, he loved being an uncle. He also looked up to his three brothers and sister. Jake loved sports, video games and just hanging with his friends and family. He was wise beyond his years, and was loyal to everyone he knew. He truly is a warrior. For anyone that knows Jacob he didn't like to ask for help, but his family could use it now.
           We are asking for donations for his memorial service including the wake, funeral, burial , casket, and any other medical bills from all of Jacobs hospital stays.   Any extra will go to his parents while they are home from work grieving the loss of their child.
