Jacob's Moyamoya Fund

jacob, age 11 was diagnosed with moyamoya disease (a progressive closing of the carotid arteries in the brain) in feb 2013 after 5 yrs of debilitating migraines, multiple tia's and strokes. he underwent double bypass surgery in june & july of 2013 @ stanford hospital. recently jacob's health has started to decline, he needs to return to stanford for follow up testing to see what's going on. Jacon has become very clumsy to the point of injuring himself multiple times, is missing a lot of school, seems confused more than usual, needing several naps to get thru the day & his appetite is diminished. it's really important that we get jacob back to his specialist asap. thank you!!
