European Maccabi Games 2015

Soccer has been my greatest passion for as long as I can remember. Last year, on a trip to Germany, I was invited to tryout for the 2015 German Maccabi U16 Men's Soccer team.
I am deeply honored that I have been selected to play on the German team and will now participate from July 27 - August 5, 2015 in the 14th European Maccabi Games in Berlin; the first ever Jewish games taking place in Germany. This prestigious tournament is an international multi-sports event, bringing together over 2,000 Jewish athletes from 30 countries, including Canada but not in soccer of my age category. "Competing in Sports - United at Heart", these games are a celebration of Jewish unity, culture and heritage through athletic competition.
Living in Canada, I now need to raise money to support the costs for me to participate in this once in a lifetime opporutnity.
