Jacob Kelly Memorial Fund

Jacob Kelly tragically passed away in a car accident Tuesday 1st August 2017 at the prime age of 24. He was a beautiful person inside and out and we all loved him very much! With this unexpected and tragic loss, I am trying help ease the financial burden for my Sister, Tracey (Jakes Mum) to pay for the funeral during this difficult time.

A life lost too soon. RIP Jake, we love you and miss you more than you will ever know.
