Jack's Bills and horse therapy

Jack was born with a rare genetic disorder called KCNQ2 Encephalopathy.  He had his first seizure at 8 hours old.  Jack is developmentally delayed, he can't sit on his own and is reliant on a wheelchair for mobility.  Overall he is a very happy boy.  We finally needed to buy a wheelchair accessible van to get him around.  With only 1 income (mommy stays home and is Jack's provider-takes him to doctors appointments and to all of his therapies),  bills are always a struggle. Jack has also started horse therapy and this is an out of pocket expense.  We would love any support for this super hero.
