Thanks to generous partners like you, we were able to help the Simms family purchase a home in the Roseland neighborhood of Chicago. Their presence on the block continues to make a difference today!
The Simms will now PAY FORWARD their loan payments of the last two years to help the Wilson family in purchasing a home in the New City neighborhood on Chicago's south side.
And we can join them and PAY FORWARD to other families out of our abundance!
David and Alena Wilson both grew up on the south side of Chicago and will be the first home owners in their immediate families. David is an electrical apprentice and Alena is an administrator. They have been married for 4 years and are expecting their 2nd child in the next couple months. They are eager to be a presence of peace in the New City neighborhood.
They will serve their neighbors, bring stability to the neighborhood, build family wealth, And PAY FORWARD their loan payments to future families who will do the same!
