Help Bella beat Crohn's!

Donation protected
In March2017, Bella was hospitalized for severe stomach pain and blood loss. She recieved her first blood transfusion and was diagnosed with an aggressive form of Crohn's disease. Crohn's is a disease with no cure, managing symptoms is the only option that western medicine provides.

Since March, she has been on immuno-suppresants to try and control the inflammation and stop the bleeding, but the treatment has not been succesful. She has continued having "flare-ups" every few weeks. This disease has proven to be a daily battle, not only is she dealing with tummy pain and bleeding, but other symptoms such as arthritis, headaches, lack of appetite, fatigue, and nausea. These symptoms would be debilitating for anyone, but especially for an 8 year old!

Bella, joined a soccer team this fall, but has not been able to play any games due to the constant flare-ups. It's so hard watching her miss out on normal things other kids her age are doing. She has been such a good sport and so very brave and strong, and I am SO very proud of her!

We are currently in the hospital again due to blood loss from a particularly bad flare-up. We are waiting on tests that have been ordered, so we can be sure that this is not due to a complication from her disease.

There are some natural therapies I have researched and would love to try. I believe that her body can heal itself, it just needs the right help! Unfortunately, most alternative therapies that have been successful for so many poeple are not covered under her insurance. We are looking at a possibility of LDA injections, along with a paleo or all liquid diet.  There is a lot of research indicating that CBD oil could be very beneficial as well. We have an appointment scheduled with a homeopathic Dr. here in Pensacola, but the initial visit alone is $200. That doesnt include labs or a treatment plan.  We need to seek treatment right away in order to avoid more flare-ups and ultimately damage to her intestines, which would result in harsher treatments and possibly surgery.

We have a long road ahead of us. We are so thankful for the love and support that has already been shown. Please consider donating, and help us find the right treatment for our girl!
