Dear family & friends,
One of my goals for completing the Miami Ironman 70.3 in October 2013 is to raise funds for a cause. I came across a fund called "Back On Your Bike" that supports Rich Holland, a previous Ironman that was involved in an accident whilst training in Dubai. He suffered severe injuries, worst of all to his brain stem and needs all the help he can get to raise funds to pay for his medical treatment in South Africa. Please help me raise money to support Rich and help him regain as close to a normal life as possible. You can either donate via my fundraising site or directly on Rich's website. I have set an interim goal of EUR 1500.- It would be great if we could surpass that amount, but every little bit helps!
