Inverness needs a better, safer path network - to allow all ages and all abilities to travel safely by foot, bike, or scooter.
We're organising a Festival of Walking and Cycling - to promote healthy Active Travel, and to highlight the urgent need for a better, safer path network.
Help us create, publicise, and deliver a great festival - that'll help deliver a better place to live, work, play, and travel!
Funds raised will enable us to promote the event effectively - using social media, posters, flyers, TV and radio.
£20 will help us buy great promotional material. £100 will help pay for skilled resources to plan a great network. £1,000 will earn a ride in our awesome electric trikes - and get named recognition for you or your organisation.
The festival is being organised by a team from Velocity Café and Workshop, and from Cairn Medical Practice. Those organisations won three national awards last year for outstanding campaigning and support for Active Travel - a winning team.
Inverness citizens of all ages and all abilities will be able to join in and will gain the long term benefits we plan to deliver.
