Funeral support for my Dad.

**Im so amazed at those who have helped out during this difficult time for our family! Thank you so much for everything... Everyone. You are amazing people.

On March 18, 2014, my grandma passed away (my mom's mom) She was dignosed with colon cancer and it hit hard and fast.We found out she was sick in January, and she passed 3 months later. This was a hard time for my family. My dad was so supportive and loving to my mom, it was so amazing to see him hug her and love her and care for her in her time of need and grief. It made my heart so happy to see him walk by her and just rub her back or be right there when she needed someone to hold her so she could just cry. We were all very close with my grandma. Its a loss we were not ready for.

My parents have been together since they were 18, their anniversary is in September, and they would have been married for 41 years.

On Thursday August 14, 2014, my dad passed away in his sleep. He went to go take a nap, and my mom went in to wake him up for dinner and he was gone. He wasn’t sick, we think he had a heart attack in his sleep because of all the stress he was dealing with because of his job and a lawsuit that he has been dealing with for the past 3 years.

He left my mom with nothing, money wise. She has so much that she has to do, and they did not even have a life insurance or anything. He always said, "Nothing is going to happen to me". Well this happened.

My dad held our family together. He was a good man and he had many good friends in his life. I am so proud to be his daughter. I am going to miss him so very much. I’m going to miss his “I love you”, and his hugs. He taught me so much in my life that I will carry with me forever.

My mom needs help. All of this is so hard for her to handle and if just one thing was a little easier than it would be, a weight lifted off her shoulders.

She will probably lose the house that they live in because she cannot afford the mortgage payment on her own. He supported her. Her $15 an hour a job will not cover all of the bills. She is going to have to learn to live her life without him in it. She does not know any different. They were soul mates, he loved her so much, and he would do anything for her.

My family just needs help.

**My daughter loved her grandpa. And he loved teaching her what he knew when she asked questions about what he was doing. She misses her grandpa so much. She sure could make him laugh and and we all laughed too. He had so much fun with her.
