I CAN - WIN for KC Triathlon Campaign

On Saturday, July 26th, I will be participating in the WIN for KC triathlon. It's the first time I've ever pushed my body in this way. I am doing it to show that I live "I.C.A.N.", and to remind us that sometimes all we have to do to change the world is stand up and push against what's in our way.
Your tax-deductible donations will fund the equipment and travel expenses for this trip.
All donors will also receive a copy of the new song, Shelly and The Circle of Light. The essence of Shelly and the Circle of Light is teaching each person the value of his or her own lives and celebrating the inter-connectivity of all of us.
Shelly teaches us to shine our light and share it with the world, and I can't think of a better way to do that than to run to encourage the physical and emotional well-being of girls and women through sports.
