Help me get a car I'm running outta options

Hi my name is Mark Sears and I live in hope mills north Carolina.
It's a military town and because of that buying a car is troublesome.
They expect everyone to have military funding but we all done have that luxury 

I'm currently seeking to own my own car which will help me find better work during this pandemic but I dont have the funds.
