Hurricane Maria Roof Damage

  This is the roof of my mother's home. Before Hurricane Maria hit Puerto Rico her home had aluminum roofing across the entire roof top  to protect from water leaks. After Hurricane Maria strikes the island the entire aluminum roofing with the steel bars that were across the border of the house were long gone because of the strong winds over 175mph. Now her house is leaking water through some areas of the roof and needs immediate repairs. My mother( Edna) is on a nursing home because her Alzheimer condition and we had the house rented to cover the cost of the senior home in order give her the care that she needs. Today myself and my two other brothers are asking for your support to raise $2,800 ($800 to fix border around the roof and $2,000 for water leak treatment for the entire roof) to fix her home so we can keep her on the nursing home where they are taking good care of her because the people that are renting the house are threaten to not paying the rent if we don't take care of this issue at soonest possible and without that monthly rent we won't be able to keep our mother on the nursing home.
