Hurricane Harvey Fund Tommy Austin

I am Kathy Glazener Native Texan from Rowlett. My brother is Tommy Austin, this picture was taken by an Austin American Statesman photographer after Hurricane Harvey at the Rockport Shelter. Rockport has been his home for over eleven years. Harvey turned into a Category 4. Tommy is safe in Austin for now. Latest reports state Rockport will be without power for several weeks. He will need help rebuilding his life. We are unsure if he can return to his rented home. This money will go to Tommy as he needs it. Anyone wanting to help him please contribute. I am setting it up but it is Tommy's money. He has decided to go back and help rebuild Rockport. He also has medical bills from pneumonia, he is currently in the hospial in Austin, Texas
