Hurricane Harvey help for the Reeds

My name is Julie Muskat and I live in the Memorial Frostwood neighborhood of Houston. Unlike so many others, we were fortunate and our home did not flood. Our good friends, Ann, Marc and their 11 year old daughter Grace, were not. They watched as flood waters filled their one story home destroying everything they've worked so hard for. Their house flooded because of the unprecedented rise of the Buffalo Bayou and the Bayou will likely stay high for days or even weeks - meaning they will very likely lose their home. Even if they don't lose their home, they have lost everything inside their home. Their devastation has been heartbreaking to watch. This is a wonderful family who we have known for 7 years. Our daughters are best friends and the Reeds have become family to us. Please consider donating to this family to help them start over. They have nothing but what they were able to carry out with them as the flood waters rose. Every cent donated will go towards helping Marc, Ann and Grace recover from what has been an unbelievably devastating experience. All donations will be sent directly to Ann and Marc Reed as beneficiaries. They will use this money to begin replacing lost items such as clothing and books and toys for Grace - and to begin the rebuilding process. Thank you so much for helping!

Ann, Grace, her Sister, and elderly Mother had to be rescued from her Mother's home - which also flooded during Harvey. They lost both homes in one day.
