Hurricane Florence Animal Rescue

Hey all,

Thank you so much for reaching out and wanting to assist in providing lifesaving care and refuge to animals in need in the wake of Hurricane Florence. I am currently working with a small team in rural North Carolina to document the devastating effects this storm is having on farmed and companion animals, while coordinating efforts to save as many lives as possible. We have volunteers that have travelled from Utah, California, Florida and western North Carolina. All funds raised are being used to cover expenses incurred during rescue, care and transport of animals. Donations will also be used to support animal rescue teams providing temporary and permanent sanctuary to animal.

Service and communications will be limited throughout the duration of the storm and its aftermath, but please know, we are working tirelessly to best assist those most in need of assistance. Thanks in advance to everyone willing to support us and our mission. I will provide updates as service provides.
