Disaster Recovery - Houston Friend

Martha and David Halpern's dear friend from Bible Study, Yvonne Rodriguez, (who we met at Rolling Hills Covenant Church) moved to Texas last year to be close to her family in Houston.

Her brother, Sergio Santamaria, and his family have been devastated by the recent hurricane.

Sergio and his wife, Marcela, have 2 children, Leonardo and Mateo, both of whom are stricken with Glycogen Storage Disease, which is a metabolic disorder that requires permanent tubes in their stomach to feed them every 3 hours and regulate their sugar levels.

.

The Santamarias need 3 beds, blankets, pillows, sheets, a refrigerator, stove, plates, silverware, pots, a blender, and washer and dryer machines.

If you feel inclined in your heart to contribute any amount, it would be a tremendous blessing to Sergio, Marcela, Leonardo, and Mateo.

They live at :
10315 Kittrell Street
Houston, TX 77034

We'd like to accumulate funds to help Sergio's family by November 15th, in order that they might be able to move back to their home shortly thereafter.

Blessings,
Martha and David Halpern
