Giving hope to Children Ghana

Have you ever had a dream of changing the world?
Me too!! And in an amazing series of events, my quest to make a difference led me to the rural village of Senase, Ghana. Are there needs everywhere? Definitely. Why Ghana? Because this is where I found a personal connection with a bright young man, his family and his village. Seeing firsthand how education is the only way to change the course of these young people’s lives, I became co founder of The GodFreds Foundation whose mission is to build and operate a school and residence in the village of Senase, Ghana providing children of the area with a high quality education and allowing them to reach their full potential. As Archbishop Desmond Tutu says, “ Do your bit of good where you find it. It’s these little bits of good put together that will overwhelm the world.”

The problem:

Students in these rural villages have no access to basic school supplies and books.

The solution:

With sufficient school supplies, books and technology these students will have access to all they need to be successful and compete on exams with other students throughout Ghana.
