We are launching a new church home on Sunday, January 19, 2020!
Our pastor came to us and said, “This may be a shock to you, but I feel like God is telling me to give you our Los Angeles Campus.”
This is a big deal. My wife and I prayed and thought about it and we feel like this is a “God Thing”.
When we decided to do this, it came with the conviction that our church will be a place of hope for our community and to our city.
While the entire city of Los Angeles is in our hearts, God has given us a unique burden for the people on the East Side of Los Angeles. God has placed us in the heart of the Boyle Heights neighborhood and it’s exactly where we want to be.
Many of you have walked with us from the beginning of our ministry journey and as we take this new step of faith, we ask that you prayerfully consider how you can contribute to this vision. There are a couple ways you can help:
1. Pray: There are three very specific things we ask you to keep in prayer
- Our Family: We don’t take for granted the spiritual weight and responsibility we will shoulder as we move forward. Pray for the continued health of our marriage, our kids and our home.
- Our Church Family: Pray for our leaders and our community as we develop and build something new. Pray that God gives us grace to lead and love our community well.
- Provision: Pray that we will steward well what God provides for us as we make this transition.
2. Give: We have provided our target and how we will use it.
$26,000 – Salaries *to cover the difference of the first six months of salary.
$10,900 - Worship/Production
$6,500 - Branding
$6,500 - Facility
$5,000 - Missions Giving
$54,900 - Total
