Help Homeless Neighbors go to the Opera!

Hello Friends!
I am Anna Marie Friars and I have been working with the homeless population of Tallahassee for about a year and a half now facilitating Music Therapy sessions there 2-3 days a week. Our residents have a vast appreciation of all genres of music and recently they asked is seeing the FSU Opera this Fall was an option. Most of them said they've never seen an Opera before but the love opera music and have always dreamed of dressing up and going to the opera!
I THINK WE CAN MAKE THIS HAPPEN WHAT DO YOU THINK?
Tickets are a reduced rate of $10 a person for our group.
To send 40 residents and staff to chaperone, we need $380 because 2 tickets were donated.
For dinner, our costs are $507.
For the chartered bus, our costs are $550 with tip.
For accessories, we're hoping to budget $150.
For clothes not donated, we spent $182.35 at goodwill.
For shoes not donated, we spent $124.93.
Flowers for the residents to wear cost $75.
A wig for a resident cost $32.
This leaves us with a small cushion if we need it. Any additional funds will go to bringing more residents to the opera or future programming for music therapy at the shelter.
We want to give these folks the works. We'll be collecting gently used dress clothes (gowns, dresses, suits, dress shoes etc) for them to wear and keep if they choose. We will be helping them to do their hair and make up, get them a nice outfit, and transport them via bus to dinner.
Can you help? Consider funing one homeless residents ticket or more! No gift is too big or too small!
