The outpouring of love and support for Joe and the family has been absolutely overwhelming. For those who don't know, Joe was in California on a business trip. He was on his way home and was hit from behind by a car and thrown from his motorcycle. He suffered severe head trauma and did not regain full consciousness for weeks after. Nothing short of a MIRACLE happened and Joe woke up! We continue to pray that God will bring his brain health and body to full recovery. Your generosity allowed us to bring Joe back to Texas and now we are moving MUCH more rapidly than expected into the final phase of his inpatient rehab. After he is done at Pate, Joe will be living with family for an indefinite amount of time and will need to continue daily outpatient therapy. This requires building an additional living area for Joe, general care/living needs, and transportation everyday. There is no way to express our gratitude for your generosity but we are reaching out again in the hopes that you can help us once again obtain the funding that we need to make this happen.
