A Helping Hand for the Holman Family

May 2013 our dearest friend Diane Holman's life changed forever. She found out after a massive surprise surgery which included a hysterectomy, appendectomy, downsizing her colon and pulling fluid from her lungs that she has stage 3 Ovarian Cancer. What a fighter she is. She has endured so much Chemo. After she finished her first year (6 rounds) of Chemo, around the Middle of October, her tumor markers went down to and incredible "10". All due to the fight inside her for sure. She was also looking forward to meeting her newest additions to the family, her twin grandbabies that were expected in April. Diane was at the birth of the twins in April to her utmost delight as seen in the picture on the right.. Unfortunately soon after her return to Idaho (almost 1 year to the day from when it all started) she found her tumor markers had risen again. So another round of Chemo was in order and this one is a different cocktail so its trying to kick her butt… but she won’t let it… no way, no how.

They have made the hard move from Idaho to Seattle to be closer to family and better medical care. Diane continues to fight this roller coaster of chemo therapy and the waiting game. We pray every day the markers will stay down and she wont have to do any more Chemo. 

They are still living very tightly to the purse and every single penny helps.  I am trying to raise funds to help them continue to pay some medical bills to help ease some of the burden they are both carrying. Every single penny that comes in from this site goes directly to Diane and Bill right away.
