On Feb. 20, 2015 I was diagnosed with Stage 3 breast cancer. Since then I have been receiving chemo treatments every 3 weeks. My last chemo treatment was June 22nd. Images post chemo showed a great response to treatment. Even though chemo is complete I will continue to recieve infusions for one drug imperticular for a total of 18 doses.
My journey is far from over. On July 30th I will be going into surgery for a double mastectomy. After complete recovery I will have to recieve 6 weeks of radiation Monday through Friday.
After that I will have one more final surgery for reconstruction in order to feel whole again.
My hope for this go fund me account is that it will help eleaviate some of the burden that current medical bills and charges have caused as well as make up for some of the lost wages I will be experiences during the rest of my procedures and preventative measures.
