Recently, God has started placing songs in my heart. I have prayed for this for a long time, and I am excited about the level that He is taking me to with the music He is giving me. I have prayed that heavy, yet liberating prayer for God to use me however He needs to and I am anxious to see where that leads. I realize that prayer requires sacrifice and will take me out of my comfort zone. That is why I am so overly grateful that I find such strong support in my friends and family.
This world is broken. It is longing for comfort and in desperate need of hope. More than anything, the world needs Jesus. God inhabits the praises of His people.
I desire to see God pour out His spirit in a way that we have never seen before. I believe that in 2015, God is going to open up doors for me to minister in settings that are far greater than what I have envisioned. I have held onto my gift for too long, wondering if it would even make a difference. There are so many people doing what I am attempting to do now. I have come to the realization that me holding onto what God has placed inside of me because of intimidation is disobedient. Someone, somewhere, needs me to take hold of God’s promises to me and get into position. He has spoken to me in different ways for many years and it’s time that I overcome the lies that have been spoken to me in the past and fulfill my purpose on this earth.
So, with all of that being said, I am launching my first worship project. God has already opened doors for me to have the opportunity to record at Dwelling Room Studios in Cleveland, TN.
Thank you to those of you who have already given. You don't know how grateful I am for your generosity. The total cost will add up to approximately $7,000. Any amount that you are able to give helps me get one step closer to seeing this come to fruition.
