Herc Rentals Employee Disaster Relief Fund

Some of our colleagues have suffered severe property damage as a result of Hurricane Laura. Quite a few employees have been displaced from their homes. As a result, we have activated Employee Disaster Relief donations enabling all of us to efficiently provide support to our colleagues affected by this natural disaster. 

As part of our Mission, Vision and Values, we do what’s right and we are in this together. In the spirit of that, we would ask everyone to consider giving to this disaster relief effort. In the past, the Employee Disaster Relief process has helped Herc employees who were victims of hurricanes, earthquakes and floods. The employee contributions made to this effort will provide timely financial support for Herc employees. Allocation decisions will be made by a Herc Management Committee, comprised of leaders in Bonita Springs and South Central Region, based on policies which will ensure that your contributions will be directed to our colleagues with the most significant, immediate needs. Herc has committed to matching every employee’s donation.
