My mom car need to be on the RD

My mom needs help in getting her car title, tags, and registration in order for her to drive to get ready for school, to find work, and to help her children for medical purposes. She had already had pawned her values to pay for the car insurance so she can have it available when she registered the vehicle, which was very expensive due to her canceling her insurance early this year and she was penalized. My mom had to use her last bit of money to pay an unexpectedly high electric bill and to buy a vehicle for us. My mom had asked a few of her associates to lend her the money and neither one of them was available to help her out in any ways possible. She is all alone and she is very stressed out in finding ways to pay for the title, tag, and registration. Can anyone help her and our family of three during this stressful time? She has done so much for us and I am reaching out as a daughter because I don't want my mom to have the extra stress in finding a way to do all of this alone anymore. She wants to return to work as soon as possible so our family can stop struggling the way we have been for the past two years due to my complex migraines and her back problems. Please help us out as much as you can. We truly will be grateful in all the donations and the supporting system.   PS... My mom doesn't even know I am asking for help because my mom's pride is very strong in not asking for help when needed because she's always been turned down for help when she will ask somebody, but she is always there for everyone else in our lives whenever they needed her.
