</div>Help Me Set Up My New Classroom in Florida!

 Hi friends, family, colleagues, and kind supporters, I’m beyond excited to share that I’ve accepted an offer for my dream job: lead teaching a 3rd Grade Class at a private school in Central Florida! 

This is an incredible opportunity where I’ll be stepping into the role of lead elementary teacher, guiding students through inquiry based learning, IB Programming, and helping them build global perspectives that will shape how they understand the world, and their unique place in it.

As many of you know, I spent a majority of the beginning of 2026 in the hospital. It took months for doctors to figure out what was going on with my body. I lost the ability to walk and even stand for a while. Due to my illness, I had to step away from the classroom, move back to St. Louis, and focus on my recovery. I am grateful for the family who took me in and showed me unconditional support and love throughout this difficult time. 

Now that I have my health back in order, I am excited to move on and start fresh at a new school this school year. 

 This new chapter comes with a big move: I’ll be relocating from St. Louis to Central Florida at the end of July. As I prepare for this exciting transition, I’m reaching out to ask for your support.

 I’m raising funds to help with: • Purchasing classroom materials (books, supplies, visuals, hands-on learning tools)
 • Setting up an engaging, welcoming, and inspiring learning space
 • Covering relocation expenses so I can settle in and start the year strong. 

 If you know me, you know how deeply I care about education and how passionate I am about creating meaningful, inclusive, and empowering spaces for young learners. 

Every contribution, no matter the size, will go directly toward supporting my students and building a classroom where they can thrive. If you are a former teacher, or you know one, and you have supplies you don’t use…. I will gladly accept those!
