Help Zoey get the surgery she needs!

Zoey is my 1 year old pitbull & she is the biggest & most lovable baby that will lick you to death when she sees you. I got her from the Burbank Animal Shelter on July 14, 2012 & she's been baby ever since. Someone left my gate open & I guess she went out exploring and ended up getting hit by a car on Friday, June 28. No one knows who left the gate open (I was in school when everything happened) & the driver that hit her didn't even stop. My neighbor found her & brought her to my home. My boyfriend took her right away to the vet, got some x-rays done & they found out her right femur is fractured . With that, I've gone through my entire saving to pay close to $1,300 in vet bills. I don't have any money left to pay for her surgery and I had to recently quit my job because my full time nursing school schedule had taken over my life. Zoey needs a hip replacement and it would be about $5,000. It breaks my heart hearing her cry throughout the night. She's in pain every single day. She needs her surgery soon. Please help me!
