Raising $ for room and board at MSM

Hello! My name is Matthew Scott, and I play the bass. I have been playing the upright bass for 6 years and have had only 4.5 years of private instruction. I started when I was 11 years old and have loved it ever since. I am an older brother to my 15 -year-old sister, Jordan, and I just graduated from the Interlochen Arts Academy.  After a challenging audition process, I was accepted into the Manhattan School of Music with a full tuition scholarship. While this is an amazing opportunity, but I still need to pay for room and board.
     As a musician, I feel that it is important to set goals for myself that I can achieve. One of my goals is to be a soloist and travel the world like Garry Karr or Edgar Myer; however, my main focus is to have a successful four years at MSM. After visiting the campus and having a lesson with my new instructor, I know that going the school will change my life. This is why I need your help. 

I know that my goals are very hard to accomplish, but  I am dedicated to music and very passionate about the bass, so I know that I can do it.  Any money that you donate would help me to get the teaching that I need to become the best bass player that I can be.
