Hi! My name is Liz, I’m 35 and I am chronically ill and disabled. I am unable to afford rent or keep myself, my husband and our cats fed and stable.

Unfortunately, the long list of health conditions I have do not have cures. They are genetic and lifelong. My health is a constant battle. I require full time assistance with activities of daily living, being driven to appointments, picking up my meds, keeping me safe in my home so I don’t have medical emergencies, etc.

The out of pocket expenses on disability aids, devices, supplements, and other items are overwhelming and not affordable. I am beyond living paycheck to paycheck with a negative bank account balance at almost all times.

I could really use some help and some hope. Thanks!
