Helping out our mom

Over the holidays we found out that our mom-Linda Barrera, has been diagnosed with invasive Grade 3 Breast Cancer. As you can imagine, this came as a complete shock to our entire family. She recently retired from her management position with McDonalds and started working at Caseyville Elementary school as a Part time Relief Aide. Unfortunately, her Doctor has instructed her to stop working due to the severity of her immune system and her challenging road ahead with appointments and chemotherapy. This is all new to my Mom and our entire family. My siblings and I are doing our best to help out my parents, staying strong for them and being supportive on this challenging road ahead.

As you can imagine, with regular bills, expenses and now adding on unexpected medical bills, this hardship has been financially difficult. We know times are hard in general right now for all of us. But if you are able to generously donate anything at this time to help my Mom and family it would be greatly appreciated. We truly appreciate all the outpouring of prayers, love and support we’ve been receiving from all our family & friends as well. Keep them coming !!
