Hello all. Tamela Parker is a loving wife, mother and grandmother, sister daughter and friend to many despite her 9 year fight with cancer, she has been there to fill those hats even on bad days. We all love my mother very much and want to see her be at peace in her life.  My mom is a fighter but after 9 surgeries, it gets harder and harder to fight that fight when the Cancer keeps coming back stronger than before.  When you don't know if you've won the battle against cancer and you try everything you can to keep it from taking over your mind, body, soul, faith and especially happiness, fear sets in.  Fear of losing someone who means so much to you. My mom has tried everthing from diets, chemo, meditation, radiation, to prayer and more.  I want to see my mom happy.  I mean really happy.   Not hiding behind the pain while still managing a household and taking care of everyone and still worrying about the well-being of her family first.  It's long over due and it's time to show gratitude and love and support to help mom get the best treatment there is to offer.  So my Dad and I did some research on a facility that not only treats cancer but treats what causes my mom's cancer by treating the whole person not just the disease.  This treatment gives me great hope because we get to understand what cancer is and how it forms in "her" body and how to treat It so that the battle may be won forever. That's the plan and that's the goal.  We hope to raise $35,000 for moms treatment in Mexico at the Angeles Health International.  This will include 3 weeks of treatment in the hospital, all organic meals, any medicine that she will have to take at home following the treatment, 3 years of continuous followup, and will also include a family member to stay with her in the hospital during the 3 weeks of treatments.  From a daughter with love I would have to say this is a small price to pay to save a life, especially one that has given so much of her life and has meant so much to so many people, but in reality the money is just not there.  We have spoken with the Doctors who are eager and ready to help my mom win this battle for good.
