Helping our Great Di Di

Dorothy is our bedridden Grandma. She will be 96 next month. We have tried to keep her at home with us where she is comfortable. She is suffering from dementia now. Sometimes she knows us and sometimes she doesn't. She has always been there to help others when they were in need. Grandma has always been very active in the American Legion Auxiliary. At one time she was the President of the American Legion Auxiliary for the State of Pennsylvania.  She also did volunteer work at the VA Hospital In her later years.  Now she needs our Help!

We have gone through all of her assets paying for caregivers, food, rent and utilities. We are going to have to put her in a home unless we can find some help from some loving people. We are asking for some donations to help keep her caregivers  and pay for her rent and utilities for as long as we can. She is no longer able to take care of herself.  She can not see hardly at all and she has lost most of her hearing.  She needs the family and her caregivers round the clock to care for her.
