MS Treatment, Stem Cell

I was diognosed with M.S on my 14th birthday where I went blind and paralyzed, steroids brought most of it back, I have learnt amazing lessons through this journey mostly my appreciation of our natural world.
I have a passion to do all I can to stop the destruction humans are doing but have always been held back from doing everything I need to due to M.S.
M.S has taken dancing away and I'd love to have that back.
I am turning 40 next year and really want to dance for that 
if you are in a position to help please, although I want good legs for me I want to be able to do my market stall again "Everything Green" were I hand out free info and simple ideas' to help people reduce their waist. I am fit and healthy and have always made sure of that so when my time came I could achieve the most.
I just did't think it would have taken this long!:(
