Martin & Sarah need your help!

Hello Friends, My name is Martin and this is not an easy thing for me to do. A friend admonished me to humble myself and let people help us.This fund raiser is for my wife Sarah. I'm an Owner/Operator truck driver and Sarah is a professional rider. Due to a very slow growing lymphoma cancer, Sarah wanted to see more of our beautiful country before her time is up. She would knit or sew in our big rig while I would pick up assorted loads and deliver them. Her afghans have been given around the world.
Recently while on our way to deliver stage equipment to the "I Heart" concert in Las Vegas, NV from New Jersey, she collapsed in St. George, UT with heart failure, renal failure and liver problems. She spent almost a week in a coma hooked up to a ventilator. Though she is off the ventilator her heart is only working at 20% of capacity and her kidneys still are not working. She is now undergoing dialysis treatments. She cannot receive further heart tests unless her kidneys start working. It has been over 2 weeks and we are still in St. George, UT. Our home and family are in the Portland, OR area.
We'd like to get her home with her own doctor and family but she isn't strong enough and efforts on the other end are still being worked out (a nephrologist, kidney dialysis center, etc.)
We have 2 miniature dachshund service/companion dogs named Dax and Quark who, because of lack of animal friendly lodging have to stay in the big rig unless they are visiting Sarah. I stay in the truck with them but due to the warmer temps here the truck is almost constantly idling. Dax and Quark want "Mom" to come home.
As an Owner/Operator (aka O/O) unless the wheels of my truck and trailer are turning there is no income. My fuel tanks have run dry once and I put the rest of the money we had left in the tanks but it won't last long. It is also not enough to get to Portland if the doctors allow her to travel with me. If not, a medical flight or commercial flight with someone is required.
At this time there is no money available for that or the upcoming medical bills.
The Bible tells us that by giving, it will be given back to us. It is also more of a blessing to give than to receive. We have tried to live our lives that way. Not to receive but to help others. We are not used to being in this position. But now being there and learning to be humble, we ask for your help. Thank you for any consideration and may God bless you.
