Help Wissal Hear

Donation protected

When visiting Morocco last summer, I met a sweet little girl aged just two and a half who is severely deaf and mute.  Wissal is very bright but she is more and more isolated by her deafness.  There is however a glimmer of hope: a simple surgery could solve her problem.  Whilst the surgery itself isn't that costly, the cochlear implant[1] is much too expensive for her parents (approximately £15,000).

For the surgery to work, it has to be done as soon as possible, while she remains in her early years.  Neither her parents nor her family are able to collect that kind of money fast enough.  Being able to hear would enable Wissal to go to school and become independent, things that we often take for granted.

Hicham will be running the "Nike We Run Dubai" 10k on the 23/11.  You can sponsor him with your donations, and we can improve the life of this little girl.  There is no small contribution, any help will make the biggest difference!

Thank you :)
