Help me treat my debilitating PTSD

I have been struggling with PTSD for the last three years, with over five hospitalizations and at least 20 different medications have been tried to no avail, my suffering continues.   I have finally found for a treatment that my work. I am trying to raise the funds to get the treatment which is only available in Chicago and must be paid by cash as they do not accept insurance. The treatment is called:

I strongly feel that if I don't have this procedure done I will not live another year. I do not want to leave my 9yr old son without a mother and believe I owe it to him to try everything that I can to save my life.
