Help Trooper Walk Again

My daughter and her wife have had a rough year. They have had some personal setbacks but nothing compares to their most recent heartbreak. We will continue to help of course but their other setbacks turned tragic this past week when they were told their only “child” Trooper needed back surgery if there is any hope of his gaining mobility again in his legs again. He is their whole life.

He’s been essentially paralyzed in his hind quarters since Friday. Surgery will cost upwards of 7k and future medical needs are unknown from what the MRI is showing. He’s having emergency surgery at Va Tech today, and we are hopeful this will be the miracle he needs to walk again. That’s a huge debt but one they didn’t question taking on. Maybe a few bucks from their family and friends will take a little of the stress off!
