Rehab for Puppy to Walk Again

On Friday 2/6/15 at Mississippi State's renowned Veterinary Hospital, Little 3 lb. 8yo Puppy had the "worst spinal surgery" the infamous neurosurgeon Dr. Shores has ever performed.
A complete stranger PAID IN FULL as a gift to us for surgery. But he needs extensive rehab to full recover, which my fam and i cannot fully afford (i.e. Mom's cancer bills).
Puppy still has more years to live and JOY to give...but we need all the HELP we can get to save this tangible bundle of hope God gave us???!!
