Tampa Nurse with Cancer Needs a Bed

Meet My Aunt and Sister, Kathy Asturias... 

She is a loving, hard-working nurse at Tampa General Hospital.  She has recently been diagnosed with Throat Cancer and is in the process of having surgery to remove the majority of her esophagus.  

This was completely out of the blue.  Kathy doesn't have any of the common risk factors.

The anticipated, optimistic outcome of the latest surgery will give her an additional 20 years of life (and beyond).

Kathy has made our lives special as our sister, aunt, and friend for many, many years.  We've combined our families for vacations.  She has taken care of our family on many occasions and the number of strangers that she's helped during her 35 years as a nurse cannot be counted.

Extended family would love to facilitate assistance for her extensive care.  Her most urgent need at this time is a Sleep Number bed (or similar) that can incline.  She will have to sleep in a bed like this for the rest of her life. 

Anything that you can give to help towards our initial goal of buying Aunt Kathy a bed would be most appreciated.  She would need the bed as soon as possible (04/20).
