Help Nick get his smile back!

Hello everyone! We want to share this story with you because our friend Nick needs your help! On May 15, 2013 Nick was diagnosed with a tumor called Ameloblastoma that stretched across his chin and jaw. Praise God the tumor was not cancerous but it was locally aggressive and destroyed all of the bone in his lower chin and jaw. Since the bone was virtually gone all of his lower teeth no longer had a place to be anchored. He went through a bone-graft reconstruction/tumor removal surgery in the summer of 2013 and they also removed all of the lower teeth. He is unable to digest food the way he needs to and cannot get all the nutrients he needs in a normal way.
The next step for Nick is to get dental implants! However, his insurance plan wont cover this last procedure even though he has appealed the decision. This tends to be a normality in Ameloblastoma circles. His insurance company told him the only way they'd be able to pay for his surgery is if he had lost his teeth in an accident.
To make matters worse, he is also on a timeline. The doctors stated that the bone they grafted in needs tension and resistance on it. If it doesn't have tension on it soon it will disappear because it has no reason to exist. We don't want him to lose any of the progress he has gained so far!
This surgery will cost approximately $35,000! Could be even more costly if they have to do it in a hospital. He is currently up to his neck in medical bills from the first surgery and desperately needs your help to raise money to have the next procedure. We believe that with your help we can give Nick a reason to smile again!!
