We are supporters of a charismatic soul named Kelvin.

Last week, our kind and loyal friend Kelvin was unjustly verbally assaulted and racially profiled by security officers while attending a symphony at the Culinary Institute of America. Kelvin was Attending the symphony on behalf of his alma mater Marist College, with his girlfriend and friends.

In an innocent attempt to enjoy the symphony with his loved ones, Kelvin left his bag on his seat and stood up to get a better view of the players on the stage. After a horrifying turn of events, Kelvin suddenly found himself being racially profiled, terribly mistreated, falsely accused, and ultimately arrested by incompetent officers for leaving his bag unattended like so many of us do every day.

Kelvin is guilty of loving music while black. The racist officers at the CIA traumatized him and his loved ones who were unable to stop this vile racial attack from taking place. Even after facing such violence and provocation, Kelvin remained peaceful and never moved beyond verbally defending himself.

The officers have since attempted to demonize Kelvin and paint a false picture of the events that took place. Kelvin’s legal team is demanding the release of video evidence that is believed to completely absolve Kelvin of any wrongdoing. While getting justice for him, Kelvins friends and legal team want to bring attention to this pervasive problem of police brutality and racial profiling of young men in America.

We firmly stand by Kelvin during this trying time and are grateful for the tremendous outpouring of support from his friends and family. Those who love Kelvin have come together to find an attorney who will get justice for Kelvin. Unfortunately, the legal cost of proving Kelvins innocence is already at $20,000, which is a substantial amount he cannot afford.

Kelvin has continuously created content to make countless people laugh on social media, and all who know him know of his integrity and innocence. Please help us get justice for Kelvin in his time of need. Any donations are appreciated. Thank you so much for your time, and thank you in advance for sharing.
